Refund policy

SteelHoses are valuable; we don’t want them collecting dust in your closet like so many other gimmicky fitness products.  If FitFighter SteelHoses aren't for you, return your hose within 30 days for a full equipment refund.  

In Addition, we will even pay for return shipping if you are not completely satisfied with learning how to move properly.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@fitfighter.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. 

If you would like to exchange your SteelHose for a different size, please do so within 30 days of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
