A complete teaching protocol for movement skills & strength development with external resistance, starting at age 8, the Scrēm Protocol has 80 individual elements, movement framework for assembling the elements into Solo, Combo, and Flo sequences, and suggested 40 minute session layout with Activation, 3 main sets, Transition, and Breathwork.
